Konecta is seeking a French-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our Lisbon team in Sete Rios. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through solutions, while accurately recording cases in the database.

The role emphasizes excellent customer experience and teamwork in a fully onsite environment. Required are high-level French, fluency in English, and prior customer service or technical support experience, with strong communication and analytical
