Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with warmth and set the initial vibe.
• Assist with check-ins, payments, and kiosk navigation.
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with energy.
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events and experiences.
• Handle bookings for activities and experiences.
• Share guest insights with the team to improve stays.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance for smooth operations.
• Promote outlets and upsell opportunities.
