NH Hotels & Resorts in Porto seeks a Receptionist to welcome guests and ensure an exceptional stay. You will handle check-ins/outs, room allocations, and guest requests while promoting hotel services and loyalty programs.

The role requires strong English, local language fluency, and teamwork, with a focus on guest satisfaction and brand standards. Prior Front Office experience is preferred, with opportunities to advance within Minor Hotels Europe & Americas.

Qualificações

• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Fluency in local language is mandatory and high level of English required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Front Office software is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Attend guests’ needs during arrival and departure to provide an exceptional experience.
• Manage check-in and check-out for all guests and groups in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate room allocation with other departments and inform management of guest requests and issues.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel products, services, promotions and VIP events.
• Communicate hotel services and safety information to guests and assist with special arrangements.
