Canaan Hub is opening a new hospitality concept in Portugal, seeking a Front Desk Host to greet guests, manage check-ins, bookings, and inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

You will use Cloudbeds PMS to coordinate room allocations, guest profiles, and payments, while upselling services and supporting the coworking area. This role requires energy, a guest-first mindset, and flexibility for weekend shifts.

Qualificações

• Experience in Front Office/Reception is a plus; attitude and alignment with Canaan Hub’s concept matter.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication, customer service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS software; Cloudbeds experience is advantageous.
• Flexible to work rotational day shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome during check-in and check-out; handle daily guest interactions.
• Manage daily operations using Cloudbeds PMS, including room allocations and payments.
• Handle guest requests with empathy and efficiency.
• Assist guests with booking inquiries, extensions, and walk-in reservations.
• Promote hotel services, F&B offerings, and coworking passes at the desk.
• Support coworking area and meeting rooms in coordination with the Community Manager.
• Maintain clear shift handovers with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and the Night Auditor.
