The Social Hub in Porto is seeking a Front Office Host to greet guests with warmth and set a welcoming tone from the moment they arrive. You will handle check-ins, assist with payments and kiosk navigation while keeping the lobby lively and guest-focused.

Based in Porto, you’ll connect guests with local experiences, provide top tips, and collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations and memorable stays.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role.
• Energetic, welcoming vibe that makes people feel at home.
• Ability to switch between tasks without losing your smile.
• Proactive mindset and love turning small moments into memorable ones.
• Comfort with digital tools like PMS, kiosks or guest messaging apps.
• Clear communication in English and Portuguese.
• Team player who stays cool and confident during busy peaks.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start.
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation.
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with the right energy.
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events, restaurants and experiences.
• Jump in with bookings for activities, restaurants and everything in between.
• Share guest insights and feedback with the team to improve every stay.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep things running smoothly.
• Represent TSH by promoting our outlets and spotting upsell opportunities.
