Andaz Lisbon, a newly opened luxury lifestyle hotel, invites applications for a Receptionist/Host to join the Front Office team. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out with speed and courtesy, and deliver a personalized guest experience in line with Hyatt's standards.

Requirements include at least 1 year in a luxury hotel or similar, excellent interpersonal skills, fluent English and Portuguese, and comfort with Opera Cloud.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is preferred (1+ year).
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Warmly welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with follow-up.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain tidy reception area reflecting the hotel’s lifestyle concept.
