Capgemini Engineering in Portugal is seeking a skilled VoIP Operations Specialist to join a global engineering services team. You will operate and support complex voice platforms, monitor performance, and ensure service stability across carriers and interconnections.

You'll work with Oracle SBC, Huawei SBC, BroadSoft/CISCO, Huawei NGN, and Ericsson MPS environments, applying strong problem-solving skills to incidents, maintenance, and continuous service improvement.

Qualificações

• Experience in the operation and support of VoIP services and platforms.
• Knowledge of SIP signaling, voice routing, and VoIP interconnection services.
• Experience with Oracle SBC and Huawei SBC environments.
• Familiarity with BroadSoft/CISCO voice platforms.
• Knowledge of Huawei NGN and Ericsson MPS platforms.
• Understanding of IP networking technologies, including Cisco, Huawei, and Linux environments.
• Experience with A10 Load Balancers and DNS services supporting voice infrastructures.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in telecom service provider environments.
• Fluent in English; basic Spanish is desirable.

• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
