Capgemini Engineering, a world leader in engineering services, seeks a Senior NOC Lead to ensure network availability, performance, and operational excellence across multiple domains.

You will mentor engineers, lead major incident management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements while delivering secure, reliable services in a hybrid Lisbon-based setup. This role offers growth through diverse international projects and continuous training.

Qualificações

• Degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in Mobile Core Network engineering, support or operations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English within a technical environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership within the NOC, ensuring network and service availability, performance, and operational excellence.
• Lead major incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration activities across multiple technology domains.
• Act as a senior point of reference for operational teams, driving technical guidance and decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient issue resolution and service continuity.
• Contribute to process improvement, operational governance, and NOC performance management.
• Mentor and support engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
• Depending on the profile, act as either a Core CS / Voice Core technical lead or a transversal NOC lead with end-to-end network oversight.
