Capgemini Engineering in Porto is seeking a hands-on Deployment Lead to drive end-to-end ISBC deployment and integration across multi-operator and roaming environments. You will manage IMS, VoLTE Core, Diameter/RADIUS platforms, and interconnect gateways while coordinating with design, operations and delivery teams.

The role requires reviewing LLDs and MOPs, testing in LAB and production, and reporting to senior management.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on experience with IMS Core, VoLTE architecture, SIP signaling, and telecom interconnect environments.
• Solid expertise in Diameter and RADIUS platforms, roaming integrations, and telecom signaling protocols.
• Proven experience deploying and integrating ISBC/SBC solutions in multi-vendor and multi-operator environments.
• Strong understanding of telecom core network architecture, roaming services, and interconnect gateways.
• Experience managing LAB validations, production deployments, migration execution, and rollback activities.
• Skilled in preparing and reviewing technical documentation including LLDs, MOPs, test plans, and operational procedures.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience reporting to senior management and customer leadership.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical discussions and coordinate complex deployment activities under tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Create detailed migration and implementation plans aligned with customer and business requirements.
• Coordinate in-depth technical discussions with engineering teams, vendors, operations, and customer stakeholders.
• Review and validate LLDs, MOPs, rollback plans, test cases, and operational documentation.
• Ensure all deployment and migration scenarios are fully tested in LAB and Production environments.
• Execute migration activities with structured reporting to stakeholders and senior management, including daily and hourly updates when required.
• Drive project planning activities, milestone tracking, risk management, and deployment governance.
• Coordinate with Design, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth rollout and operational readiness.
• Support compliance, audit, and quality assurance processes for telecom deployments and operational activities.

Your Role

Your Profile
