Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Core Network Engineer to support and operate mobile core platforms, including Ericsson and Huawei technologies. You will troubleshoot complex incidents, assist with network changes, and contribute to ongoing platform improvements.

The role requires a degree in a related field and experience in mobile core network operations, with strong analytical and English communication skills in a technical environment.

• Experience in Mobile Core Network engineering, support or operations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain Core CS and IMS platforms, ensuring service availability, stability and performance.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on voice, signalling and subscriber management services.
• Support software upgrades, network changes and maintenance activities.
• Participate in the implementation, validation and acceptance of new functionalities and platforms.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures and engineering guidelines.
• Coordinate activities with Operations teams, vendors and engineering teams.
• Support the resolution of complex technical incidents and recurring issues.
• Contribute to network evolution, optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
