Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon seeks a skilled VoIP Operations and Support specialist to manage and troubleshoot voice platforms. You will monitor performance, resolve SIP-related incidents, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure service continuity. Experience with Oracle/Huawei SBCs and BroadSoft/CISCO is highly valued.

Fluent English is required; basic Spanish is a plus. The role offers hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to work on national and international projects

Qualificações

• Experience in operation and support of VoIP services and platforms.
• Knowledge of SIP signaling, voice routing, and VoIP interconnection services.
• Experience with Oracle SBC and Huawei SBC environments.
• Familiarity with BroadSoft/CISCO voice platforms.
• Knowledge of Huawei NGN and Ericsson MPS platforms.
• Understanding of IP networking technologies including Cisco, Huawei and Linux.
• Experience with A10 Load Balancers and DNS services supporting voice infrastructures.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in telecom service provider environments.
• Fluent in English; basic Spanish desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and support VoIP platforms and voice services.
• Monitor service performance and ensure platform availability and stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to SIP signaling, SBCs, voice routing, and interconnections.
• Support various SBC platforms (Oracle, Huawei) and related voice systems.
• Analyze alarms, logs, and traces to identify issues and resolve them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity.
• Participate in maintenance, upgrades and service implementation activities.
• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to service improvements.
