Capgemini Engineering is seeking a VoIP operations specialist to support and optimize voice platforms. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot SIP signaling and SBC interconnections, and work with Oracle/Huawei/BroadSoft/CISCO ecosystems to ensure reliable telecom services.

The role requires hands-on experience with Huawei/Oracle SBCs, IP networking, and load balancing, with a collaborative, cross-functional approach. Hybrid work and international projects are offered.

Qualificações

• Experience operating and supporting VoIP services and platforms.
• Knowledge of SIP signaling, voice routing and VoIP interconnection.
• Experience with Oracle/Huawei SBC environments and BroadSoft/CISCO voice platforms.
• Familiarity with Huawei NGN and Ericsson MPS platforms.
• Understanding IP networking, Cisco/Huawei/Linux environments.
• Experience with A10 Load Balancers and DNS services.

• Participate in maintenance, upgrades and service implementation activities.
• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to continuous service improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in the operation and support of VoIP services and platforms.
• Knowledge of SIP signaling, voice routing, and VoIP interconnection services.
• Experience with Oracle SBC and Huawei SBC environments.
• Familiarity with BroadSoft/CISCO voice platforms.
• Knowledge of Huawei NGN and Ericsson MPS platforms.
• Understanding of IP networking technologies, including Cisco, Huawei, and Linux environments.
• Experience with A10 Load Balancers and DNS services supporting voice infrastructures.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in telecom service provider environments.
• Fluent in English; basic Spanish is desirable.
