Ithemba Recruitment- Sourcing Top Talent is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to support the F&B Manager in luxury hotel operations. You will lead a team, ensure exceptional guest service, and manage service at courses and beverages with VIP-level discretion.

You must have 5+ years in F&B in 5-star or full-service hotels and fluent English, with strong leadership and training abilities to drive excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• 3 years Diploma Hotel school
• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management with F&B Service preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Minimum 5 years experience at a similar level in a 5-star or full-service hotel
• Minimum 5 years experience in F&B Service: high-end restaurant or room service

Responsabilidades

• Oversee F&B operations supporting the F&B Manager and Assistant Manager
• Provide courteous, professional, efficient service with high standards
• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages
• Lead and train a team; adapt to varied guest requests
• Maintain knowledge of all services and facilities offered
• Ensure discreet, VIP-level service for principal and guests
• Manage times and quality to ensure memorable experiences
• Uphold high-end porcelain and silverware care
