Experimental is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B outlets within a luxury hospitality setting. You will supervise and support the Restaurant Supervisor, Head Sommelier and Bar Manager, reporting to the hotel General Manager and collaborating with the F&B Director.

You will manage operations, guest experience, cost control, and events, while ensuring brand standards and high service quality across all outlets.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in F&B management within boutique, lifestyle, or luxury hospitality environments.
• Leadership, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and on-floor presence.
• Strong financial understanding of budgeting and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and support all F&B teams within the hotel.
• Oversee staff scheduling, attendance and absences; ensure smooth communication across departments.
• Drive sales through upselling and proactive recommendations; develop menus and service flow.
• Represent the Experimental brand and propose creative initiatives for events and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and internal procedures.
