Confidential is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations in a luxury hotel near Porto. You will deliver exceptional service standards across the guest journey and lead a capable team to maintain the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has luxury F&B experience, strong leadership, and excellent knowledge of wine service, menu development, and guest experience. Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.

• Experience in luxury hotel or resort F&B management.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Experience managing inventory, labour costs and departmental budgets.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant, bar and guest service operations.
