Experimental seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to coordinate and elevate all F&B outlets across our luxury hospitality venues. You will supervise the Restaurant Supervisor, Head Sommelier, and Bar Manager, reporting to the hotel General Manager and collaborating with the F&B Director.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and Portuguese with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven experience in F&B management within boutique, luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and operational planning abilities.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on, floor-based leadership.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and support all F&B teams across the hotel and outlets.
• Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Train, motivate, and guide teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction targets are met.
• Manage inventory, supplier relations, and cost control budgets.
• Represent the Experimental brand in internal and external interactions.
• Drive events and menu innovation to enhance guest experiences.
