Hitachi is seeking a Vendor Management Support Analyst in Portugal to support the Partner's vendor lifecycle, reporting to the Service Manager. You will handle supplier interactions, procurement tasks, and governance compliance, ensuring service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in vendor management, a related degree, strong communication skills, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• Strong stakeholder and relationship management is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Knowledge of SLA/KPI management and reporting principles.
• Experience with international teams and clients is preferred.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform selected in-scope Purchase Requisition, Product Renewal and Product Acquisition activities.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with procedures and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update Service Operation Procedures.
• Drive regular reporting in line with established procedures and quality requirements.
