Amgen in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Clinical Systems Business Analyst to join the CTMME team. This hybrid role supports Veeva ClinOps applications, gathering and refining business requirements, user stories, and test plans.

You will collaborate with App Owners, Product Managers, and developers to ensure accurate planning and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, regulatory alignment, and robust documentation.

Formación

• Must have advanced knowledge of SAFe and agile software development.
• Experience with Veeva ClinOps suite of applications is required.
• Strong ability to write requirements and acceptance criteria in agile projects.”

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with System Architects and Product Managers to manage business analysis activities.
• Lead activities to capture voice of the customer to define business processes and product needs.
• Develop and execute product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and changes.
