Job summary

Amgen is seeking a lead business analyst for the Clinical Trial Management, Monitoring, and Engagement (CTMME) team. You will gather and refine business requirements, user stories, and test plans for Veeva ClinOps applications.

You will collaborate with architects, product managers, and partners to shape the product backlog and ensure successful software delivery. The role requires advanced degrees with several years of IT experience in drug discovery, strong communication, and ability to work

Qualifications

Doctorate, Master's or Bachelor's in CS/IT with extensive experience in clinical trial systems.
Experience with SAFe Framework and Agile software development.
Proven ability to write clear user requirements and acceptance criteria.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with System Architects and Product Managers to manage BA activities.
Lead capture of customer needs to define processes and product requirements.
Develop business cases including scope, timeline and resources for digital initiatives.
Document impact of Veeva version upgrades and refine backlogs.
Ensure non-functional requirements are prioritized in release plans.
Create and deliver product demonstrations for stakeholders.
