Amgen Portugal is seeking a Clinical Systems Business Analyst to join the CTMME product team in Lisbon. You will gather and refine business requirements, write user stories, and collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and regulatory alignment, with responsibilities across technical and business domains to ensure accurately reflected requirements and test plans.

Formación

• Experience with SAFe and Agile software development.
• Experience with Veeva ClinOps suite of applications.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership.
• Ability to write clear requirements and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with System Architects and Product Managers to manage business analysis.
• Act as a technical SME supporting Veeva ClinOps applications.
• Lead efforts to capture customer needs and define processes and product needs.
• Develop business cases for digital innovation including scope and resources.
• Document impact of Veeva version upgrades and refine product backlog.
• Ensure non-functional requirements are included in backlogs.
• Translate features into user stories understood by the team.
