Job summary

AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a CRM Operations Specialist to provide first-line support for Veeva CRM and related business questions across Outside US regions, focusing on ELMAC. You will partner with stakeholders and the CRM team to route requests to IT or product teams when needed.

The role emphasizes clear communication, process improvement, and onboarding support for new users, with a focus on accuracy and scalable procedures across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM operations or business systems support.
• Understanding of CRM business processes.
• Strong communication, customer support, data management, and process skills.
• Ability to work across regional and cross-functional teams and distinguish business questions from technical defects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for CRM and related business-process questions, clarifying requests and documenting outcomes.
• Handle operational requests such as data loads and validation, exports, survey setup, territory and user setup support.
• Follow approved procedures, templates, and quality checks to ensure accurate execution.
• Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and suggest lasting fixes or process improvements.
• Prepare communications for the CRM Community during outages, coordinating with appropriate teams.
• Support onboarding of new BA users and gradually take ownership of onboarding.
• Keep how-to guides and training documents up to date with release guidance.
• Use approved automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Contribute to self-service resources and team projects when workload allows.
