Job summary

Amgen Inc. in Lisbon is seeking a CRM Operations Specialist to provide first-line support for Veeva CRM across Outside US (OUS), with a focus on ELMAC. You will help users resolve requests and support core business processes to keep CRM operations smooth.

You will team with business stakeholders and the CRM group to route issues, manage data loads, exports, and setup tasks, and contribute to clear guidance, training materials, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial operations, Field Excellence, Sales Operations, CRM operations, or business systems support.
• Understanding of CRM business processes.
• Strong communication, customer support, data management, and process skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for CRM questions, clarify requests, provide guidance, resolve issues, and document outcomes.
• Handle data loads, validation, exports, survey setup, territory/user/product setup, and batch invalidation.
• Follow approved procedures, templates, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and suggest fixes or process improvements.
• Prepare communications for the CRM Community during outages, coordinating with teams.
• Support onboarding of new BA users and gradually own the onboarding process.
• Keep how-to guides and procedures up to date and aligned with release guidance.
• Use approved automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to self-service resources and team projects when workload allows.
