Infineon Technologies AG in Porto seeks a Senior AI Data Scientist to design and operate platforms that turn data into accurate, timely customer insights across journeys.

You will lead end-to-end AI/ML products, leverage Generative AI, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact while ensuring responsible AI practices and scalable data pipelines.

Qualificações

• Degree in Data Science or related field (Mandatory).
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Science, ML, AI, or Analytics with measurable business impact (Mandatory).
• Strong Python, SQL, ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering (Mandatory).
• Experience translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions across functions (Mandatory).
• Cloud platforms, dashboards, analytical apps, and predictive modeling (Preferred).
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, MLOps, LLMOps, responsible AI, and AI governance (Nice-to-have).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a global environment (Mandatory).

• Build customer analytics models and insight frameworks to understand behavior.

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and business expertise to develop innovative solutions that improve customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making.

• Develop and deploy AI-driven sales enablement solutions that provide intelligent recommendations and decision support to improve sales productivity and customer engagement
• Build customer analytics models and insight frameworks to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities across the customer journey
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions that support content creation, optimization, evaluation, and business impact measurement
• Lead the end-to-end development of AI and Machine Learning products , from ideation and experimentation to deployment and continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, models, APIs, and analytical applications that enable business growth and operational excellence
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineering, and IT teams to translate business challenges into impactful AI solutions and drive adoption
• Drive model evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices to ensure solution quality, scalability, and long-term business value

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field(Mandatory)
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied AI, or Advanced Analytics , including the successful delivery of AI solutions with measurable business impact (Mandatory)
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, data modeling, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering (Mandatory)
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, or Digital Transformation functions (Mandatory)
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, dashboard development, analytical applications, recommendation systems, customer analytics, and predictive modeling(Preferred)
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, MLOps, LLMOps, responsible AI, and AI governance principles (Nice-to-have)
• Strong communication,stakeholder management, problem-solving, adaptability, collaboration, andanalytical thinking skills , with the ability to work independently in a global environment (Mandatory)
