Job summary

Hiring International Academy in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to support our payments solutions project. You will handle inquiries from business clients, provide clear information, and guide customers through technical or account processes by phone and email.

The role requires fluent Spanish (C2) and strong English (B2), prior customer service or tech-support experience, and the ability to work full-time in rotating shifts (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 CET).

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish speaker (C2 or higher).
• Good command of English (B2 minimum).
• Experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Your Mission

• Handling incoming inquiries from business clients regarding their payment solutions.
• Providing clear accurate information and guiding customers through technical or account processes via phone and email.
• Understanding each customer's specific needs and offering efficient, tailored solutions.
• Meeting quality and performance KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensuring an excellent service experience to maintain high customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Spanish speaker (C2 level or higher).
• Good command of English (B2 level minimum).
• Previous experience in Customer Service or technical support (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with performance targets and CRM systems.
• Available to work full-time in rotating shifts.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
• Shifts between 09:00 and 18:00 CET (8h/day + 1h break)
