Job summary

Hiring International Academy is looking for an Operations Customer Expert to handle inquiries about payment solutions from business clients in Lisbon. The role requires fluent Spanish at C2 and strong English communication, with full-time onsite work and a rotating shift pattern.

The position offers a monthly gross salary around €1,500, with full training and a dynamic, multicultural team. Private health insurance and other corporate benefits are provided.

Your Mission

• Handling incoming inquiries from business clients regarding their payment solutions.
• Providing clear accurate information and guiding customers through technical or account processes via phone and email.
• Understanding each customer's specific needs and offering efficient, tailored solutions.
• Meeting quality and performance KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensuring an excellent service experience to maintain high customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Spanish speaker (C2 level or higher).
• Good command of English (B2 level minimum).
• Previous experience in Customer Service or technical support (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with performance targets and CRM systems.
• Available to work full-time in rotating shifts.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
• Shifts between 09:00 and 18:00 CET (8h/day + 1h break)
