CloserHire is partnering with a global technology company to recruit a Ukrainian-speaking Customer Delight Representative for the Lisbon market.

You will provide support to SMB clients using our ads products across chat, email, and phone, with rotating shifts. This full-time role offers relocation support, private health cover, meal allowance, and 40-hour weeks onsite in Lisbon.

Formación

• Fluency in Ukrainian (C2) and English (B2).

About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a global technology company to find a motivated and customer-focused Customer Delight Representative for the Ukrainian Market. Join the team and enhance the online advertising experience for clients on one of the most popular social media platforms worldwide.

What you'll do

• : Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using our client and Instagram ads products. Assist clients through various communication channels, including live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls. Resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers. Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients. Provide product and tool support to enhance clients' advertising experience

What we're looking for

• : Fluency in Ukrainian (C2) and proficiency in English (B2). Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Experience in customer service or client support roles is an advantage. Flexible availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends

Salary

€1,050 per month (gross)

Note how the two figures work: the lower one already has accommodation deducted, because the company provides the room. You are not comparing a lower salary — you are comparing a salary with rent already paid.
