Sony Interactive Entertainment in Lisbon is seeking a Ukrainian Gaming Customer Support agent to assist players with consoles, accounts, and payments. You will help customers install and synchronize software and devices, providing expert guidance across multiple channels and languages.

The role requires Ukrainian/Russian language at C2 level and fluent English, prior technical/customer support experience, and residence in Lisbon or nearby areas.

Qualificações

• C2 in Ukrainian/Russian and fluent English required.
• Previous experience as Technical/Customer Support.
• Based in Lisbon or surrounding area.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional technical support to Consoles and Account Management issues via multiple channels.
• Assist customers with payment issues and transactions.
• Support for using client products, installing and synchronizing software and devices.
• Provide effective assistance and advice when purchasing.

Responsabilities:

• Provide professional technical support service to Consoles, Account Management Issues through different channels (both oral and written)
• Help customers with payment issues;
• Support for using our client products, installing and synchronizing software and devices;
• Effective assistance and advice when purchasing

Requirements:

• C2 in Ukrainian/Russian + Fluent English
• Previous experience as a Technical/Customer Support
• Passionate about Video Games and Igaming industry
• Be already based in Lisbon or sorrounds

Conditions on offer:

• Monday to Friday, weekends OFF
• Salary Base x 12 months
• Monthly Bonus
• Health Insurance

This position will start on the 17th of June*
