We are hiring enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our Customer Service team in Lisbon, providing top-tier support to players across the Ukrainian market.
The training period lasts 15 working days, full-time, 8 hours per day, and is conducted in English. The training includes product knowledge, software tools, communication guidelines, and live practice. Training is paid upon successful completion.
You will work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day with an additional 1-hour break. The schedule follows a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00 (Portuguese time).
Total gross monthly package is approximately EUR 1227.32
If relocating to Lisbon from over 100 kilometers away, you may be eligible for company-provided shared housing that is fully furnished, with all utilities included. You will also receive access to structured training and integration support upon arrival.
