Overview

Job Openings: Customer Service for a Video Gaming Brand with Ukrainian and Russian

We are recruiting on behalf of our BPO client located in Lisbon!

Become a member of their dedicated Support team and support the company in helping customers. An exciting and international working atmosphere awaits you.

The project starts on July 5, 2024. Initial 15-day paid training period will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Customer advice by telephone, email and chat;
• Help customers with payment issues;
• Support for using the company\'s products, installing and synchronizing software and devices;
• Effective assistance and advice when purchasing company gaming products

Contract

Temporary 1 year contract, extendable; becomes a permanent contract after 2 years of continuous employment

Working hours

40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 19:00.

Requirements

• Native Ukrainian speaker with fluent Russian and English (B2). Should be good both in speaking AND in writing in all three of these languages
• Residing or willing to move to Lisbon for this role
• Authorisation to work in Portugal: you have a EU member state citizenship, a Portuguese Residence Permit or a Certificate of Temporary Protection
• Interest and experience in gaming is a must

Relocation and housing assistance for candidates moving from abroad or from a distance exceeding 100 km from Lisbon

Performance-based bonus up to EUR 260/month
