Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Turkish-speaking customer support professional to ensure high customer satisfaction across phone, email and chat for SMB clients.

You will assist SMBs with self-serve advertising products and relay feedback to the engineering team. Turkish fluency (C1) and strong English (B2) are required, and applicants must have a Portuguese residence card or EU passport.

This is a full-time role based in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Turkish fluency at C1 level.
• Good command of English (B2).
• Portuguese residence card or EU passport may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist SMBs via phone, email and chat to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support self-serve advertising products for SMB clients.
