Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Turkish-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our on-site team. You will assist users of a leading digital platform, handling inquiries by phone, email, and chat while delivering high-quality service.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Turkish (C1/C2).
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple digital tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Turkish.
