Boeva Tech is hiring an Operations Customer Expert to support Turkish-speaking SMB clients from our Lisbon office. In a fast‑paced international setting, you will handle chat, email and phone inquiries, guiding customers to maximize our digital advertising solutions.

Relocation to Portugal is provided, with a comprehensive package including accommodation options, meal allowances, and private health insurance.

• Fluent English (C1)

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone.
• Assist Turkish-speaking SMB clients with advertising products and platform questions.
• Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Help customers optimize advertising campaigns and achieve better business results.
• Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues.
• Maintain high CSAT scores through professional service.
• Educate customers on self-service advertising tools and best practices.
• Handle confidential customer information responsibly.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
