Cross Border Talents is seeking a multilingual Customer Support Specialist to assist SMB clients across chat, email and phone in Turkish and English. You will resolve inquiries, provide pre- and post-sales help, and guide users through our platform with a proactive, service-driven approach.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, manage multiple channels, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution and a superior user experience. Training is provided.

Qualificações

• Fluent Turkish speaker with strong command of English (B2).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple channels of communication (chat, email, phone).
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage and resolve client queries.
• Proactive approach to identifying client needs and improving their experience with the platform.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality support to SMB clients across chat, email, and phone in Turkish and English.
• Make outbound calls for email inquiries and when necessary for chat, ensuring timely resolution.
• Offer pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
• Guide clients through product and tool usage to enhance their experience.
• Identify trends and recurring problems affecting SMB clients and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.
