JoB Training & Coaching is seeking a Turkish-speaking Customer Support Representative to assist customers with online orders and inquiries, ensuring a smooth shopping journey from order to delivery and post-purchase support.

You will join an international team, with comprehensive paid training in English, and relocation support for eligible candidates. The role offers a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts and opportunities for growth in a global environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent Turkish (written and spoken)
• Good English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Experience with CRM, back-office tools, or ecommerce platforms is an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with online orders and account inquiries.
• Manage delivery tracking, shipping investigations, returns, exchanges, and refund requests.
• Handle payment-related questions and order updates.
• Provide support through phone, email, and other channels.
• Review and process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and business information.
• Follow data protection and security guidelines.
• Work closely with logistics partners, financial institutions, and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Escalate complex cases and ensure timely follow-up.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and customer-focused culture
