KultureTalent - Global Talent in Lisbon is looking for a Turkish Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our international team. You will handle inquiries and support issues mainly via email, chat, and social channels, while delivering consistent brand voice across touchpoints.

Fluency in Turkish and strong English are required, plus basic Microsoft Office skills. The relocation package is available for some profiles.

Qualificações

• Native or near native level of Turkish.
• Good level of English for an international company.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Dynamic and proactive attitude.
• Experience with attending customers will be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist users with General Inquiries, and support issues via phone but mainly trough email/chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned)
• Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums, eCommerce reviews) channels.
• Respond appropriately to customer escalations and elevate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented Respond to inbound customer requests, document relevant case information
