Zusammenfassung

TDCX is seeking a Sales Consultant Specialist with Turkish to join our regional team in Portugal. You will qualify inbound leads, drive outbound campaigns, and help build a robust pipeline for our clients.

You will track communications in MFST Dynamics 365, collaborate with Account Executives, and use social selling to engage decision makers. Fluency in English and Turkish is required, plus strong multitasking and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Strong time management and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with good phone etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to new systems.

Aufgaben

• Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads.
• Maintain accurate tracking of communications in MFST Dynamics 365.
• Work with Account Executives to design outbound strategies.
• Schedule product demonstrations between Account Executives and potential customers.
• Apply social selling techniques to identify and engage leads.
• Handle a high volume of calls with decision makers to uncover needs.
