REAL Rec Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a Turkish-speaking customer support agent to join our SMB-focused team. You will assist Turkish-speaking clients and English-speaking colleagues across multiple channels, delivering pre- and post-sales support for self-service products and ensuring a positive user experience.

The role requires strong Turkish (C2) and English (B2), and relocation to Lisbon if needed. We offer two salary options: with accommodation and without, plus private health insurance

Qualificações

• Fluency in Turkish (C2) required.
• Communicative English (B2) required.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon (residence permit/EU passport).
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Support Turkish-speaking clients across multiple channels (phone, email).
• Provide bilingual Turkish/English support to content creators.

About the project

You will support Turkish-speaking clients of the biggest social media platform in the world. Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to company's clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses as social media content creators.

What you will be doing

• Supporting clients by multiple communication channels (phone or email)
• Provide support to content creators both in Turkish language and English language;
• Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products;
• Provide product and tool support to improve customers' experience;
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Turkish language (must be C2)
• Communicative level of English language (B2)
• You live in Lisbon, Portugal or you are ready to relocate there (residence permit/ EU Passport)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything

What we offer

• Salary with accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon (discounted): 1138.66 euros/gross
• Salary without accommodation: 1436.16 euros/gross

CONTRACT

• Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
• Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
