Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Turkish-speaking customer support professional to ensure high customer satisfaction across phone, email, and chat channels. You will assist SMBs, support self-serve advertising products, and relay crucial feedback to the engineering team.

The role requires Turkish fluency (C1) and strong English (B2). Applicants must have a Portuguese residence card or EU passport.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide multi-channel customer support (phone, email, chat) to SMBs.
• Support and grow self-serve advertising base for SMB clients.
• Offer pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
• Provide product and tool support to improve customer experience.
• Identify trends and solve issues for multiple SMB clients.
• Offer insights to engineering from customer feedback.

The activities

• Providing support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businessesacross multiple channels phone, email and chat;
• Supporting and expanding the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digitaladvertising domain;
• Providing pre and post-sales support for all self-service products;
• Providing product and tool support to improve customers experience;
• Identifying trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;
• Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to the engineering department.

Requirements:

Fluency in Turkish both written and spoken (C1 minimum), with a professional level of English (B2).

Being in possession of a Portuguese residence card or EU passport

• Relocation package with Flight reimbursement once a year; apartment in Lisbon; pick up at the airport; language classes and various internal activities .
• Christmas and Holiday allowances. Paid out by default in monthly installments.
