Are you passionate about online advertising and technology? Join a global team supporting advertisers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As an Advertisers Support representative, you will assist businesses in growing and optimizing their online presence.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (onsite role); relocation and housing help is offered
Language Requirements: Fluent Turkish + Good English

Responsibilities

Provide technical B2B support to help clients sustain and expand their businesses

Assist with support requests related to online advertising platforms and services

Communicate with customers via email and chat, converting most into outbound calls for more personalized support

Use multiple tools simultaneously and manage tasks efficiently

Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service advertising products

Troubleshoot issues, report bugs, and guide users in using available features and tools

Identify trends and recurring issues affecting small and medium-sized businesses

Training Information

Schedule: 8 hours per day; start times may vary between 08:30 and 09:30.

Working Hours

Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 00:00, Monday to Sunday

Trial Period

One-month trial after signing the contract

Based in Lisbon, Portugal

On-site facilities include a cafeteria, lounge areas, meeting rooms, and operations floor

Public Holidays and Vacation

Portuguese public holidays apply

Work on holidays is compensated with an additional day off

Vacation: up to 20 days in the first year (proportional), and 22 days per full year thereafter

Compensation Overview

With Company Apartment: Gross Cash Compensation: 1129.34 EUR/month

Without Company Apartment: Total and Gross Cash Compensation: 1423.34 EUR/month
