Francisco CI in Portugal is seeking Turkish-speaking Customer Experience Professionals to join our international team. You will deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and chat, while documenting interactions in internal systems.

The role requires native Turkish (C1/C2) and strong English (B2), excellent communication, and a customer-centric mindset. You will thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Turkish language skills (C1/C2)
• Good command of English, minimum B2
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work in a target-driven, dynamic, team-oriented environment

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly, and personalized support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels, documenting interactions in internal systems.
• Deliver a seamless and high-quality customer journey by understanding needs, resolving requests, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist customers with post-sales queries including order tracking, deliveries, warranties, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
• Support inbound sales activities by identifying needs, recommending relevant products/services, and contributing to revenue growth.
• Process customer requests, update order information, and manage customer records with accuracy and confidentiality.
