Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring a Turkish-speaking Customer Support specialist for on-site, full-time work. You will assist Turkish-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat, delivering outstanding service in a multicultural, international team.

Requirements include Turkish C1+ and English B2+, EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades
