A leading global customer experience team is seeking a Turkish speaker to provide support to small and medium-sized businesses in Lisbon. You will assist clients with digital advertising tools and share insights to help them grow their businesses. This on-site role offers comprehensive training, flexible shifts, and relocation support for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or similar roles.
• Familiarity with online advertising and social media concepts is a plus.

What You Bring

• Turkish language proficiency at C2 level and good command of English (B2 level)
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or similar roles
• Familiarity with online advertising and social media concepts is a plus
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and active listening
• Ability to learn fast and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive client support approach
