CB Talents is hiring a Turkish & English Customer Service Specialist for on-site work in Lisbon, Portugal. You will review AI content and apply guidelines to ensure high quality and safety, while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have native Turkish, strong English (B2+), and an analytical mindset with interest in AI/QA topics. Full-time, rotating shifts with relocation support available.

Job Opportunity: Turkish & English Customer Service Specialist – AI Content Evaluation Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Schedule: Full-time, 24/7 rotative shifts (5 working days, 2 rotative days off per week)

Key Responsibilities

• AI Content Evaluation: Review and evaluate structured text, datasets, and AI-generated content to ensure optimal quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Guideline Application: Consistently interpret and apply complex guidelines and policies across various tasks.
• Performance & Precision: Maintain high accuracy standards while meeting productivity targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Requirements

• Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in Turkish with strong written communication, plus working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• AI & QA Interest: A solid understanding of Generative AI and LLMs, or a background in AI annotation/evaluation, Quality Assurance (QA), or Trust & Safety is highly desirable.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and sharp attention to detail.

Salary & Compensation

• Base Salary: €920 gross/month (paid 14 times per year)
• Food Allowance: €7.63 per working day
