Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a Turkish & English Customer Service Specialist to join an innovative, tech-forward team on-site in Lisbon. You will help shape customer experiences in a bilingual setting and engage with Generative AI-enabled workflows.

You will handle Turkish and English customer interactions, work with digital tools and QA processes, and participate in 40-hour weeks with rotating shifts. This opportunity offers an international environment in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Turkish language skills.
• English B2 level or higher.
• Proven problem-solving and adaptability for shift work.
• Interest in Generative AI and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in Turkish and English.
• Work with digital tools and quality evaluation processes.
• Schedule: full-time, 40h/week, 24/7 rotating shifts (5 working days, 2 rotating days off).
