Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Lisbon is hiring a Turkish & English Customer Service Specialist to join a tech-forward team on-site in Portugal. You will handle Turkish and English inquiries and participate in AI-enabled quality processes, with full support to transition smoothly.

This full-time role offers on-site location in Lisbon, 40 hours per week, 14-pay-year structure, and relocation assistance including flight reimbursement and accommodation support to help you settle in.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Turkish with strong written skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Interest in Generative AI, LLMs, AI annotation, or QA is a bonus.

The Role

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
• Schedule: Full-time (40h/week), 24/7 rotative shifts (5 working days, 2 rotative days off)
• Key Focus: Provide exceptional customer service in Turkish and English while engaging with digital tools and quality evaluation processes.

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: Native/fluent level in Turkish (strong written skills) + English (B2 level or higher).
• Tech Aptitude: Familiarity or interest in Generative AI, LLMs, AI annotation, Trust & Safety, or Quality Assurance is a major plus!
• Soft Skills: Great problem-solving abilities, adaptability to shift work, and eagerness to work in an international setting.
