The Role

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
• Schedule: Full-time (40h/week), 24/7 rotative shifts (5 working days, 2 rotative days off)
• Key Focus: Provide exceptional customer service in Turkish and English while engaging with digital tools and quality evaluation processes.

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: Native/fluent level in Turkish (strong written skills) + English (B2 level or higher).
• Tech Aptitude: Familiarity or interest in Generative AI, LLMs, AI annotation, Trust & Safety, or Quality Assurance is a major plus!
• Soft Skills: Great problem-solving abilities, adaptability to shift work, and eagerness to work in an international setting.
