Abroader in Portugal offers Customer Service or Content Moderator roles with remote options across Portugal. You'll support international brands via phone, email and chat in your native language, helping customers and building a global service mindset.

The package includes a fixed salary plus bonus, 12 months contract, 2–5 weeks of paid training, relocation support (flight, airport pickup, NIF help) and career growth within an international network.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch or Flemish speaker with strong communication skills.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• EU citizenship and ability to stay 1 year in Portugal.

About the role

Are you native Dutch or Flemish (minimum level C2)? And passionate about helping people and provide excellent high quality Customer Service?
