WW Talents is seeking a dedicated Dutch-speaking Customer Support agent to join our international team in Porto, Portugal. The role requires delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with multiple markets and ensuring precise information handling.

You will handle inquiries via verbal and written channels, resolve issues per procedures, and stay calm under pressure. Accommodation support and a welcome bonus are offered to candidates relocating to Portugal.

Job description

Whether you are already living in Portugal or considering relocating from abroad, this role offers the opportunity to join an international team, develop your professional skills, and experience life in Portugal.

Location

Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Working Schedule

Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

Compensation

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
