IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon Portugal

In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. Your main duties will include installing and configuring computer systems and software, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and providing remote or on-site support to users.

To be successful in this role you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks as well as experience with various operating systems and software applications. A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.

You must also be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This is an urgent position so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

The salary for this role is $1200 per month.
