Babcock Wanson Portugal is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer with a strong project management component to drive business development and lead project execution from first contact to final delivery. The role includes coordinating technical teams, managing budgets, ensuring safety and quality, and maintaining excellent client communication across Portugal with occasional international travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Eligible for registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers (mandatory).
• Minimum of 5 years in technical-sales roles or industrial project management.
• Ability to read/interpret isometric, mechanical and electrical drawings.

Mansioni

• Develop commercial activities, prospect and acquire new clients.
• Manage full sales cycle from contact to closing.
• Coordinate and execute awarded projects nationwide.
• Lead the sales strategy for equipment and turnkey solutions in steam, thermal fluid, hot water and hot air systems.
• Participate in technical sizing and project budgeting.
• Coordinate on-site technical teams and subcontractors.
• Act as main liaison with clients and ensure clear communication.
• Oversee all project phases from design to delivery.
• Ensure deadlines, costs, quality and safety compliance.
• Guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
